Hey,
I'll start with this oen and then go on to the other 2 <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt=":)" data-embed-type="emoticon" data-embed-id="391" title=":) (Smile)"/>
So first ofall let's look at the composition.
While the picture is fairly well framed and there are different elements that do hint to a message in the shot, it becoems overrall inexpressive. After a first impact where the eyes notices a female figure with a pink belt buckle and a finegr pointign at t a musical instrument, it then has trouble understanding the real connection between them, and starts looking for details.
Here comes in the technical aspect; while at times having a burnt background (lack of detail on white due to overexposure) can be a technical choice, in this case it has been executed incorrectly, and therefore come out as a mistake.
Your beckground light "smears" on subject and makes you look the feelign of sharpness and contrast. For these kind of picture you need a second light source that will illuminate the subject, thus allowing you to have both a very well defined contour and contrast while having the sunject lit and distinguishable.

Hope this clarifies your concerns,
